Inspiration from the Full-Scale Falcon Project

I decided to start this thread to help inspire those of you who are in need when you feel like you can't finish your project...There is a group of fans in Tennessee building a full-size Millennium Falcon (cue the angelic choir music) in excruciating detail, and it is my hope that some of you may see something that will inspire you, or maybe answer a question you've had about some aspect of the Millennium Falcon that you always wondered about. Plus, I also would like to see people post their thoughts here and open this up for discussion as this is a really cool project. Does anyone know of any similar projects going on? Would love to hear of those projects, too, and any tips for those who would like to duplicate your successes...
