Hi Introduction post

    Hello all,

    Let me introduce myself. I am 27 and have been a Star Wars fan all my life. My dad is a massive Star Wars fan, so I was brought up on Star Wars and have been watching it since I was born!

    I have been lurking the forums since around the release of TFA and have finally decided to sign up. I have found that most questions or queries I have are already answered somewhere on the forum, and any input I may have has also been said, so I haven’t really had any real reason to join.

    I love all SW films except TLJ and TROS, which I like, but don’t love. The classic trilogy is my favourite, and my favourite film is ROTJ.

    I only recently watched Rebels and TCW shows, which I really enjoyed, much to my surprise. I absolutely loved the Mandalorian, and can’t wait for future SW projects.

    Welcome mate!! You sound like my son, he's 21 and was raised on it! I went one step further, his name is Luke!!

    Is there a subject you like to talk about? Character? Have you read any books?

    If you've been lurking chances are you know your way around but if you do need help, we are here to give it!!!! Just ask, more than happy to guide you.

    Same as above, thanks for the warm welcome! My sister’s name is Leia, so I’m sure my Dad could relate! There isn’t any particular subject I prefer talking about, just anything from the films or tv shows, but I do favour canon material to legends. I am also a big fan of Star Wars video games. I haven’t read any of the novelisations or books, but it’s something I intend to do. I’ll keep you updated, and will be sure to ask if I need help getting my way around.
    Definitely. Being brought up with Star Wars is one of the things I’m most grateful for! He isn’t on the forums but I think he may lurk here, I’ll need to ask. He has a great knowledge of Star Wars, so I wouldn’t be surprised.

    That'd be awesome if he was here, my Luke was here for a while but said it was uncool to be hanging with his mother, but still a huge fan.

    Hello there, @Freeusordie. I'm brand new as well. I wanted to find a place where I could discuss star wars without getting downvoted to oblivion for saying that I didn't mind the sequels. I love all star wars, good or bad. There were a lot of things about the sequels I liked. And some things that I didn't like. I'm not a fan of this holy war that some fans have declared on the sequel trilogy.
