JCC Irrational fears

    I am afraid of fedex men. I have to wait until the 3rd/last day they stop by before I finally stop pretending I'm not home.

    Spiders.

    Most any kind of height, even if I'm behind a guard rail or strapped in a safety belt. Makes hiking really weird sometimes, I have to hide behind a large rock to get overlook pictures.

    Spiders aren't an irrational fear. Those are a regular fear.

    When I was a kid, I was afraid that the elevator in our building would malfunction and send us crashing into the basement, so I would always take the stairs.

    Took me a few years to realize that we'd probably be fine in a crash, since we lived on the third floor.
