I agree with whoever said that EVERY admin and mod better be online at 8pm. This is going to be scary, and you know the wackos will be out in full force. Which is another reason I'm still wondering about this...there's been very little admin or TF.n response on this, and I would think that they would want to be all over it.

Maybe, but it doesn't explain why there's been little or no admin/TF.n confirmation in the threads about it on the boards.

And even without advertising, they'll going to have a time on their hands, which is why I'm surprised the admins aren't all over this. If GL just shows up, starts and thread, and starts posting, there will be pandemonium. For them not to say anything before then seems odd to me.

 

I got the same result on tracert as well. If it's not the man himself, it's still definitly someone at Lucasfilm. Who would probably be in a large steaming pile of trouble if they were impersonating the Boss.

Traceroute shows you all the hops a packet takes to get from one spot to another. It shows you the name of the server it hits as well.

The fact that he hasn't been banned yet -- and I'd guess we'd get a denial from the admins if he had been -- suggests that at least insofar as being from LFL, this is real.
