Is Princess Leia hot?

I am not critising Star Wars or Princess Leia, I am ok with that character and Carrie Fisher, I can't decide if she is hot or not. So the question is if she was considered hot by when the Original Star Wars came out?

It's hard to be hot when you're on Hoth... but she still manages it.

I have grown to find Leia hot. Though this reminds me of a moment at Star Wars: In concert. They were performing Leia's theme and a pinup picture of a slave Leia came up... All you heard was silence...A few ooo's and then thunderous applause! The guy in front of me sounded like he saw heaven and was ready to die.

Carrie Fisher looked like my mother and I always found it strange that people found her attractive.

 

Fisher's a "butterface".

 

Amen she looks like my aunt I never thought she was hot other than her body because of the fact she looks like 99% of females in my blood family.

 

Really, do you guys think she is attractive, I am not saying that she is ugly but I really don't think that she is that hot, are you sure your love for Star Wars isn't blinding you?

 

I'm pretty sure this scene helped many to decide that Leia was hot.

 

She was not hot at all in ANH, due to the clothing and the hairstyle, but she's rather sexy in ESB and ROTJ, especially some scenes in ESB(I'm not a big fan of the slavegirl outfit scenes).

Actually, it's in the casting session excerpts of ANH where she reads parts with Ford and Hamill, shown in Empire of Dreams documentary, that she's the most sexy.

 

I think she hits "hot" in at least a scene or two in each movie, depends on what she's wearing (IMO).

Dude calm down. I am not trying to offend anyone, she's fine to me, but I don't think she is that hot and I wanted to know if she was considered hot by the time the Original Trilogy came out, and just because she is from the Star Wars Universe you think she is hot.

 

I grew up in the 70s and 80s, watching STAR WARS movies and lots of movies and television, and in all that time I never found myself attracted to Leia/Carrie Fisher. I just never had a crush on her as I did with say, Olivia Newton-John or Brooke Shields, or Cheryl Ladd from Charlie's Angels.

Then I saw The Man with One Red Shoe with Tom Hanks. There is a scene in that film in which Carrie Fisher is wearing tiger-striped underwear and a little t-shirt, and nothing else. From that moment on I became an unbridled fan of Ms. Fisher and all of her fine... er, work.

So it was only in retrospect that I decided Leia was hot. Not so much in the original 1977 film, but she's very cute and womanly in ESB (and by "womanly" I mean both soft and feminine, and authoritative and commanding), and she is sexy as heck in in her slave gear in ROTJ.

 

My question is though is there any good legit Leia pin up art? Or for that matter any good rebel women (Winter) pin up art? I know there is some Imperial recruitment art. Which is both amusing to think about and to look at.
