Hullo, obviously this thread has been dead for a while now but I'd just like to add my soul to the list of Star Wars fans who live on the prairie.

Hey, this is my first post on TheForce.net and I thought I'd come here first. I'm from Saskatoon too. Who else is from Saskatoon here?

 

I went down to Saskatoon the weekend before my birthday. When I stopped in to Toys R Us they were out of stock of the ROTS preview figures. I hope it wasn't any of "you" who roadblocked my pursuit of Gravy.

 

ToysrUs has the Ep 3 Preview figures!?! I didnt even know! I'm going there tomorrow!

 

I'm in Saskatoon, and I just want people to know that we should start planning our Episode III celebrations soon. I've been at the midnite showings at Pacific for all of them so far, and Ep. III is going to be amazing.

So anyone actually planning on camping out?

 

I'm not going to be camping out, but a friend and I are planning on skipping the afternoon of school and going down to Saskatoon at lunch for the midnight show. Maybe I'll see you there, Kettch.

I'm not sure. As soon as I find out, I'll be getting them, though.

 

Halleluijah, the snow is almost all gone!!! YEEEHAWWW!!! Now the river and lake are almost over flowing, wihch is so cool because you get to see how high it can get. And lemme tell ya, it's almost to the road!

I'm going to be going down to Saskatoon next week with $200~$250. Anyone know if there's still ROTS toys (not pegwarmers) in town. They're all out here in PA. Also, is it known if the Dragon's Den has ROTS cards (or any for that matter)? I haven't gotten any since the ANH expansion.

 

Well this is a really old one... I hear talk about snow... hasnt' been snow in months! anyway... just saying hello to my fellow prairie jedi.
I'm in Saskatoon as well.
I'm going to see ROTS today at rainbow... probably see it twice.
I have paid a total of $70 seeing it in the theatre... I don't buy 'rip off' popcorn either!

I am a new member of a Jedi Council. A Youngling in training. My 1st series of tests consists of learning the basics of nutrition. Eventually I will be taught meditation, philosophy, religion, force building, reiki, and anatomy.
It doesnt seem like the 'masters' (who don't like the term master) care to much. The forum is as dead as this one.
