Hmm....I seem to remember at first LFL and GenCon said we'd be getting the passes in mid-March. Now it's late March?

the hyperspace ones are just bright orange..
(good call btw. easy to tell if your hyperspace or not. i bet normal laynards are white)

 

For C2, all the non-Fan Club members only got cheap string things instead of lanyards. There were non-Fan Club member lanyards that you could purchase for $3-5 or so.

You're right- the fanclub ones were grey with the C2 logo in black on them & non-fc were just a black cord if I remember right.

The lanyards for the non-fan club people suck though. They fall off REALLY easily. I'd recommend getting something else for your non-hyperspace friends.

Hopefully with the BRIGHT lanyard the fanclub line will move faster since they will be easier to see over the black/gray C2 lanyards. (I know it's a weak hope.. but still.. )

so, are they coming by regular USPS as we expected?

 

Those are the 'Friends & Family Passes'. You can them to people who aren't FC members and they can get into the convention. Not sure what other benefits they might or might not entail though. Plus, I believe this is the first time they've been offered. Am I correct? Anyone?

FYI about the friends and family passes:
With each HS member 4 day badge comes 4 friend and family passes. Eache pass is good for one Fan Club benifit (i.e. early entrance, fan club lounge, etc) one time for one person. For example, if you have one non-fan club friend who wants to get in all four days early you will need 4 passes. Hope that helps
