Jedi Names Help

I'm making a list of some Jedi but there's a few I don't know much about...If anyone could answer these questions, I'd appreciate it:

1. There was a Master Tholme, what is his full name?

2. There was a Twi'Lek at the end of Jedi: Aayla Secura, named Xiann. Does she have a last name?

3. Etain had a master that was killed by Hokan in Hard Contact, Master Fulier. To spare me the trouble of ripping though my shelf, what was his full name, as I believe it was mentioned?

4. I don't have time today to watch the Clone Wars commentary, could someone give me the full names of the turaban guy and 'Shaggy' that appear in Episode 20?

5. In Republic 67, there was a young woman by the name Master Tohno. Her full name?

6. Also, I understand there is a Master Saa, some noseless female Jedi. Could I get her full name please and, out of curiousity, has her species been revealed and if so, what is it?

Clearly, I'm not much of a comic reader, as I some of these Jedi appear in. I'd like to be, but the local stores don't hold much. Thanks in advance!

His name is literaly: Sha'a Gi

 

1. Never revealed, I believe.
2. Xiann Amersu.
3. Kast Fulier.
4. Turban guy is Tarr Seirr and Shaggy is Sha'a Gi.
5. Never revealed.
6. Full name: T'Ra Saa. Species: Neti.

I've always assumed that Tholme doesn't have a last name, just like Dooku.

 

Is "Sha'a Gi" supposed to be a play on the name "Shaggy", or is it just a coincidence that he even sorta looks like Shaggy from scobbie-doo?

 

The commentary by Genndy states that they got the idea and name from Shaggy. Funny bit of trivia eh.

 

Okay people, FYI, there are apparently different naming conventions for Humans within different cultures on different planets.

Doesn't bother me...T'ra is easily one of my favorite of the CW Jedi. Obviously doesn't bother Tholme either if you've ever noticed the pair together.

As to Tholme's first name, perhaps it is Tholme. I mean, there's at least a few Jedi Masters who are often referred to by their first names (e.g., Obi-Wan, Qui-Gon, etc.) why not Tholme as well?
