Doing a quick check of Wookieepedia, there is apparently no definitive answer in new canon, though it can still be inferred that Dooku was the one to do so
Yea, I always assumed Dooku was the one who did it since he was the only one to have any motive to. Also Yoda said only a Jedi could have erased those files so it probably wasn't like Palpatine or anyone. Although it could have been Sifo-Dyas too.
Count Dooku is the most likely culprit, but it could just as likely be Sifo-Dyas being mind tricked by Darth Sidious.
Count Dooku I think, the only Jedi with the motive to do so. (Unless Syfo Dias did it for some reason we have yet to comprehend but I don't know why he would)
Most likely Count Dooku. I imagine he already knew about the "cloners" before he left the Jedi Order and deleted them to cover his tracks for his new Master.
It probably wasn't a happy event when Dooku left the Jedi Order. But I'd like to think it was. And Dooku erased Kamino from the Jedi Temple Archives on his last day of work between turning in his lightsaber and going to the council chamber for his "surprise" going away party. He stopped in the library to say goodbye to his good buddy Jocasta Nu. Using the excuse of showing her the route of his retirement vacation curse on the archive maps, quickly erased Kamino. The End.
Most likely Dooku.. We know the archives could only be tampered with by a Force-user......... If it wasn't Dooku, then it was Palpatine who sneaked in there and deleted Kamino.
