Madison, WI June's meeting should be cinematic!

What are thoughts on meeting up on a Tuesday so we can go see a film for $5? I was thinking with Wonder Woman coming out this weekend, we could go see it not next Tuesday, but maybe the 13th or the 20th. Thoughts?

 

The 13th would work for me.

 

Just to be clear, I'm good with going to see the movie on the 13th. I'd even offer to get the tickets.

 

the cinema only has listings for the mummy on the 13th, so we have to wait a few more days to get wonder woman tickets for tuesday.

 

I was able to find tickets for Wonder Woman on the 13th
Looked like all seats were available too.
I have the Marcus App. Not sure that gives me an advantage,

 

Also could be when you checked the app. I know that the Marcus website now shows tickets for the 13th other than The Mummy, so we should be good. How many do we need? 3? 4? And what time? 6:30? 7:30?

 

I only need one and for anytime after 4pm
I don't think we need 3D, though.

 

Agreed on the 3D. 7:30 show has the Atmos sound. 6:30 is the normal. So then three tickets, for you, me, and Val?

 

I can do either one. The 7:30 show would look and sound better.
Seating in the middle center or upper center?
I think 3 tickets would work, as long as Val attends.

 

We've got front two rows, or three scattered seat in the upper area. 6:30 might have better seat choices for a group.

 

seating for 6:30 doesn't look all that great either.
5:40 or 8:45 seems to have more seats available.

 

Then grab three from one of those shows. If I have to leave work early, so be it.

 

I'm in with whatever the group wants to do. Just give me a time & I'll be there.

 

8:45 show had decent seats so that is what we have.

Sorry I'm going to have to bow out on this one. I will be more than happy to pay for the unused ticket however.
