    I suppose this is old news, and borders on political, so might not be entirely appropriate here.
    However, the fact that these cards were made by avg citizens with a tool produced by WotC suggests that the same thing can be done to make SW cards.

    Dream card's have already been made using "templates" created from the existing cards. I'm sure it would be possible to do with the SW:TCG, but it bears mentioning that the template overlay isn't a perfect square/rectangle like MTG cards.
