Gaming KOTOR remake (it’s really happening) (No it isn't)

The trouble with a remake is you can’t remake it to much or else it loses that thing which makes it special.

 

Another exclusive. *sigh*.

Oh well.

 

The story will more or less be the smae with some change detials here and there, add some new canon planets like Jedha and Exegol.

 

Really sucks if it is exclusive, but Somy has to take any win they can get with Microsoft owning basically half the major RPG companies.

 

Hopefully, this is only exclusive at launch. I remember KOTOR being exclusive to Xbox back in the day. I owned a PS2 at the time and had to upgrade my PC to run the game.

Whatever happens, I’ll find a way to play this. This is a great opportunity for a developer and could be something special if it’s done right.

 

Don’t worry it’s coming to the PC as well

So did I when I was younger, and look where we are now?

 

My desire to own a PS5 went from “Probably after Horizon FW complete edition” to “Shut up and take my money!”

 

I still Like KOTOR 2, but you need to play it modded which bones you if you had it on console

I would also love a remake of the Jedi Knight games, but I can always dream

 

I would have preferred a KOTOR 3 or a new title with a similar style, but remakes are all the rage.

The friends i made playing Academy as one of the first Xbox Live titles are still my best friends to this day. Jedi Knight: Academy and KOTOR molded our entire teenage years together (and Galaxies).

 

On they're talking about it more now..not a remaster. A complete remake.

My best friends were basically made off the fact that we all played lego Star Wars and Battlefront 2. Lego Star Wars was my first Star Wars experience.

I only played KOTOR when it came out on mobile.

 

Worked with Playstation on this .so I don't know if it's a timed exclusive...

 

Probably wanted to avoid openly contradicting the Old Republic MMO that I think is still ongoing as well. It’s still ongoing right?

 

I hope it is, cause I want as many new people to enjoy KOTOR as possible assuming it’s good. And my expectations are pretty low as I always keep them that way. Low expectations means more suprised
