The Manaan theme showing up in swtor was one my favourite things, even if Manaan is just a tiny hub. One of my favourite pieces in all of Kotor, it's so calming.

 

Jeremy Soule certainly has created some of the best theme tunes I've ever heard.

Not star wars but this one is one of my favourites for relaxing.

 

Calming indeed. I always thought it was a little off when talking to Sunri, who was to be tried for murder, while the soothing music played in the background. lol

 

Yup, and they even used the similar camera angle for your arrival (but with the bombarded Ahto City ).

The particular moment I've shared is a glitched caused by the exploits being used to complete the game so quickly, but I think it's a hilarious idea that a random Sith Trooper would accidentally destroy the most powerful Sith Empire in the galaxy.

 

The time link didn't work. What time was he gliched moment?

That's cool, although it isn't really coming to Xbox One, it's just added backwards compatibility for the original Xbox version.

 

I think it starts around 1 hour 18 minutes. Ish.

 

Wow yeah, that play though is so gliched, Revan doesn't even have a face in the big reveal. And is that Juhani fighting Malak at the end? Lol

 

The glitched Revan reveal is very odd indeed.

That would have made for an anticlimactic scene first time around. I now know that I am Darth......faceless?

 

With some mods, KotOR can look pretty great.

Wow, that is amazingly gorgeous! I still need to finish my playthrough on my kindle fire. Maybe I'll do that on the plane ride home, which is the last time I played (over a year ago). The game just eats my kindle's memory, though.

For me, it's tied with X-Wing Alliance, because I love the X-Wing novels, but it is definitely a landmark game that more people should remember and play - especially since it's basically free and so accessible to most people.

 

New player here and I have to say its so far been one of the most addictive star wars games ever. I was worried that I wouldn't enjoy it as much with all the hype build up but so far its been great. The combat in particularly has surprised me on how fun it is.

Currently on Tattoine, just found the star map on both Kashyyyk and Manan. If found I've one thing out about the game is that its not the type of game you should rush as like any good RPG I've found many of the side quests just as interesting as the main quest.

 

Very true! The relationships you make with your crew members are probably my favorite part of the game!

 

Indeed, so far my favorite characters have to be Canderous Ordo for his more grey/anti-hero leanings and Jolee Bindo for just being hilarious and awesome.

 

KOTOR is my all time favorite game

 

Honesty I have feeling I'm going agree with you pretty soon as I'm almost done with it and I'm having a real blast with it (though I'm going have to see how much I like KOTOR 2 first).
