(Lack of) Episode II Theater info

Why is it taking so long to decide which theaters will be playing Attack of the Clones? Mr. X reports:

The biggest hold up with Episode 2 is the fact that the bookers have not been able to come to a solid deal with Fox, this is due to some very hard to deal with restrictions on house placement. -they are requiring that each print be locked into a house for X amount of weeks and no print shall be moved for any reason- this makes it hard on the Managers when new shows come in.

 

i heard that a theater here in thornton was playing the movie . i called the place and it just rang . its supposed to be the one off of 104th and i25 . the one that shut down a while back . i know its not true , but ill check on it anyway .
