Watched the new Trek movie yesterday win...

I liked the "Next Generation" ones, but never got into the original series. Still... the new movie should kick-start the franchise again. It was well done (although imo, the villains were somewhat forgettable, but that's ok as this was really all about how the Enterprise crew came together). Definitely worth seeing.

 

Me and my roomy went to see it before school let out for summer. IT WAS AWSOME. I loved it sure at first my inner trekie was rebelling cause kirk's dad was supposed to live in the time line but then when they showed that they broke the time line in the story it became better!. two thumbs up. hehe. Also at the end during the credits look at the special effects. ILM- Industrial Light and Magic. and Lucasfilm. lol. Trekkies and Star Wars fans of the world unite. lol. I think. lol.

Seriously... it's crazy to think that Greedo could miss at point-blank range. I'm still not sure why GL decided that Han would never shoot first...

Um... pirate? Smuggler? Scoundrel? Corellian?

The only reason he didn't shoot Greedo sooner was because he wanted to do it in style.
