What is League of Legends?​

League of Legends is a free to play MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) game developed and released in 2009 by Riot Games. Ever since it's release it has become the biggest game on the PC Platform with a whopping 100,000,000+ active monthly users.​

What do you do in League of Legends?​

Due to the games overall complexity it's hard to explain everything but the main idea of the game is you're in a group of 5. You choose a lane, defeat your enemy, and take down their enemy nexus to win. Here is a good lengthy in depth video on how the game works..... (slightly outdated though but the core idea of the game is still there)​

I've never played the game before, but I've seen images of this character Jinx that definitely intrigues me. She's adorable; reminds me of Harley Quinn, which I absolutely adore. But from what I gather the game is a top-down RPG, right? I have a low tolerance for those type of games, unfortunately.

 

Yeah, Jinx is that one character that everyone knows.
