They are! I was just trying to read the TPBs, I just have to read them individually.

 

I would tend to agree.

In his last moments, Roan Fel became as much of a monster as Darth Krayt. He tried to kill two trillion beings, most of them innocent civilians. Thank the Force for Antares Draco. He put an end to the mad Emperor’s reign.

I wish I had finished collecting all the trades before they went out of print. I'm not even sure I have all the floppies.

I mean to me it is more set up for dark rey in the next story.

 

Legacy would make an excellent 10, 11, 12. I would love to see an On-screen depiction of Kol or Nat skywalker (played by the wonderful and talented Sam Elliott).

 

And Ania Solo my favourite Star Wars character!

 

With Rotta the Hutt as Queen Jool outing himself... IG11 from Mandalorian becoming the protector droid of Ania and Baby Yoda takes K'kruhk's role of Jedi with ties to the past!

 

Hmm, I tend to think Legacy would work better as a live action TV series with say up to seven or eight seasons.

With game of thrones level production values and resources, it could be amazing.

Dealing with the adventures of Cade, Marasiah, the Sith, and Gar Stazi.

I don’t think a movie trilogy could really do legacy justice.

 

Except so MUCH better given its all completed and no need to mess up the final season!

 

I think in a tv show we would see more of Marasiah, since they have to cast her, be a waste to just drop her after the first arc (which is the worst thing these comics did).

 

As I recall they got her image wrong in the closing issues of that first arc didn't they?

 

In the original issue, Cade and Marasiah apparently slept together but the TPB and beyond switched it to Deliah Blue.

 

You know that always made me wonder if a romantic subplot between cade and Marasiah was ever planned at some point or another.

Or at the very least if the idea was discussed as a possible way to take things.

 

Wouldn't be surprised if there was one.
The real question would be if it was serious or an intentional attempt at improving the imperial gene stock?

 

I wonder if the aim was to cement Cade’s lady’s man status.

If he managed to successfully seduce all three of the “hot females” of the series, Deliah, Marasiah, and Talon. Basically making him the Casanova of SW or something.

A Cade Marasiah relationship would be an interesting echo of Han and Leia and Luke and Leia though.

 

I was more hoping her knight would become Cade's nemesis instead of what Cade did...

Almost certainly not. The page in #7 was a coloring mistake, nothing more.

I doubt it? Since being a "lady's man" isn't really part of his character at all? In any case his neither his relationship with Deliah nor Talon qualify as seduction, so.

 

Eh well, its just speculation on my part.

Why exactly was Legacy cancelled? That was never really clear.

 

Don't quote me but iirc Dark Horse ended Legacy and KOTOR to do a rebranding/shakeup/make a new plan for Dark Horse's 25th Anniversary.

 

Are you guys talking about Legacy 1 or 2? Legacy 1 wrapped up completely - there was nowhere else for the story to go. Legacy 2 was canceled because Marvel got the comic license.

 

As I understand it, Legacy Volume 1 was hurriedly wrapped up with Legacy War. And that the plan had been for the series to continue perhaps another fifty or hundred issues.

 

Vergere's appearance in this troubles me, particularly with her casual comments about Anakin/Vader considering her shock when it is revealed to her by Jacen supposed years later.
