JCC Licorice, pringles, doritos, and dark chocolate: pick one, the rest go

Since the JCC has FEEWWWWWDD on the mind

 

Dark choc. Liquorice would be a loss, but the chips are easily replaceable.

 

I'm keeping my dark chocolate.

 

Dark Chocolate stays

 

Doritos, easily; dipping them in sour cream is one of my all-time favorite snacks.

 

All these things should be purged from the face of the Earth.

 

And replaced with what?

Licorice stays. Just take a logical approach, fellas:

Doritos and pringles are processed dreck. Besides, there are innumerable other chips available, and corn chips are superior, anyway.

This leaves licorice and dark chocolate. The licorice has to be retained, whereas dark chocolate is merely a variety of chocolate. You could be rid of it, and still have milk, white, etc.

If the licorice were specified as red or black, however, maybe there would be more of a debate.

You don't replace things that are bad. Simply let them pass away.

 

As has been pointed out, liquorice is black by definition.

 

Licorice is terrible, Pringles are not very good, and Doritos are fine but not a particular favorite of mine. Dark chocolate, however, is delicious and I love it. The choice is easy.

Except that I can’t actually make a choice because THIS ISN’T A POLL. Cor, you had one job. You’re fired.

 

What's strange to me is that the choice is unequal. A herb, a form of chocolate, and... two American chips brands?

This thread is deliberately not a poll. I think by forcing posters to state their preference it will stimulate more discussion. It’s just a theory, though. Meh

That’s completely fair. I don’t understand licorice at all, except that it belongs inside my intestines.

I guess that’s true. I’m lactose intolerant so I generally avoid chocolate, but I know dark chocolate is sometimes safe.
