Looking for some help

Hi everyone,
I have a Finnish friend. It's her birthday in December and she'll be stuck in the UK, so I thought I'd write her a birthday card in Finnish. Just one problem - I don't speak Finnish!
So could anyone give me a suitable message to write? I'm a thick foreigner, so I won't know the difference between 'Happy Birthday' and 'Your mother was a hamster and your father smells of elderberries', but I'm trusting you to be nice!
