Resource Looking for writers/artists for a comic rewrite of KOTOR

For the past 2 or 3 years, I've been plotting a total rewrite of what was to be the KOTOR trilogy in the form of a comic series to be posted online. It's taken a few different forms, but what I've settled on is called The Last Days of the Old Republic.



It features many returning characters from KOTOR I and II, as well as just as many new characters. Much of the lore and general timeline has been totally rewritten, as well as much of the plot, with many characters being moved around between multiple plotlines. The goal is the maintain the spirit of the original story while presenting something completely new - a deconstruction and reconstruction of the core aspects of the Star Wars mythos, a personal and character-driven story, and a grandiose, fantastical scale.

Of course, this is a very ambitious project. I've had a friend of mine doing some artwork for almost a year now plus another helping out with planning the various plot threads, but we expect the project to take another year or two of planning alone. I'm here because I would like to extend an invitation to anyone who might be interested in helping out with the writing or the artwork. Having played KOTOR is obviously a big plus, but feel free to reach out even if you haven't, there's really a lot that can be brought to the table.
