Toronto *** LotR Second Show - Sunday December 23rd ***

Just wanted to gauge interest in a second gathering for LotR. I figure that I'll be off to see an Evening show at the Eglinton on Sunday, since I won't be back into Toronto until Saturday evening. (And I really must see it at that theater) Just wondering if anyone else would like to join me, make an afternoon of it, do a little last minute shopping and have a nice meal or somesuch.

I'm probably in, if I can deal with seeing a three-hour movie three times in one week! We're going again tonight at the Paramount with "family" (Maral, Stuart, et al).

What time I'm "supposedly" working until 8:30

 

The showtimes are: 12:00 pm, 4:10 pm, 8:15 pm

4:10 could work, if alot of people are going to be working the next day and need to get home early.

8:15 if it's a small group going who don't have to get up early.

Either time is fine by me.

Thanks for the info Adam, lets go with the 4:10, since that keeps it a bit more open for people who have farther to go or things to do on Monday.

Let's say meet at the theater for 3:20ish. Get tickets, hang out.
Afterwards off to a coffee shop most likely.

If anyone in the North end wants to meet earlier we'll probably be hanging out at my place for a while before heading down, give me a shout by phone or e-mail.

Hmm.. so far I havn't seen anyone post that wouldn't want a late show. My concern is that a movie at 4:10 splits the day for doing anything else somewhat.

Yes, but an 8ish show may completely rule out some people joining us. Keep in mind that the 'gang' can still hang out both beforehand and afterwards.

 

Saw it the second time last night. Definitely up for a third.
