:) I like the climate. I lived most of my life in Marlyand, where it gets hot and worstly humid in the summer. Arizona is hot to be sure but its dry heat, which I love.

The landscape there is beautiful... I love Arizona's deserts especially.

Yeah, it's not so bad here actually. It's only about 98 deg right now.

Wow I found some people that live in the same city as I do.

I haven't lived in Tucson that long(only 1 year) but it is a pretty good place to live. Better then Phoenix that's for sure, it's too hot over there because of the humidity. Luckily Tucson has dry heat.

Man there's only two topics on this board. :(

I was out there las Christmas. I had a pretty good time for a guy going through some personal issues.
I plan on moving out there next year after I retire out of the Navy. I'm considering Lake Havasu.
I am surprised there are fans out there. I went to two comic/hobby stores while I was there and the clerks were the rudest folks I ever met. I was surprised they were in business.
Fell in love with the Dragoon, and Cohchise Mountains. Then the trip to Nogales and Tombstone were pretty epic in itself. I had a spiritual trip in Tombstone. Never felt anthing like that before.

I love Tucson! Gorgeous city! The mountains surrounding it add so much to it, too. :) My husband and I came down the weekend after 9/11 for a break, and visited the airplane "boneyard" just south of the city. It was *SO HOT* that day - 102°, if I remember right (it was about 112° in Phoenix that day). But we still loved it. What beautiful country and landscape. :) I *will* be returning.

    kreleia ^.^
