You know, we could have another challenge where Mace has a lady-friend, canon or OC, Jedi or otherwise.

All right, a challenge where Mace meets some female that has an affect on him beyond the ordinary. Not a Master-Padawan, we're talkin' lurve

It can be your choice whether to make it really mushy or not, maybe some girl has a cute crush on him or some sassy lady pulls up in a hotrod speeder and pulls him inside. Actually, that doesn't sound so bad...

 

I thought RK was supposed to give out the challenges...

Now I'm all confussled!

Nevertheless, I shall endevour to be inspired by this one.

This has nothing to do with anything that's been discussed in this thread but I've started a Diary Challenge fic about Mace. So, yeah. I hope to incoporate him having a lady friend somewhere into it...

Anyways, what do you guys think about why Mace became bald?

Heheh, I don't know. I'd guess that it's one more attachment that Mace didn't want to handle? =P
On a more serious note though, his baldness probably stems from his philosophy and emphasis on simplicity. No hair means one less thing to get tangled up in or get bogged down maintaining (not that the Jedi with hair spend inordinate amounts of time maintaining it...i think you get my point)

Either way, Mace wasn't always bald (OMG PROOF!) so there has to be some specific story behind as to why he chose to ditch the hair.

Also, that Mace Windu short story I said I'd be posting is now up. It's called Cyclone and it's heavily AU.
Also, I'm working on writing that fight scene some of you guys had talked about earlier (Mace vs Dooku) it's going to be up shortly.
