wasn't the time to focus on it . the episode was about other things. you would think ahsoka's show would go into one of the more interesting aspects bout her Ala her connection to Niphal and why morai follows her

 

Admiral Palleon ?

 

No he is too much of a fighter. Unless they make Palleon VERY different.

edit: by fighter I mean he fights people hand to hand, a lot of his roles are that. Now they could do somethign different with him. But I would be surprised.

 

Cyborg Gar Saxon

 

Gar Saxon junior, like his father and uncle he joined the empire.

 

He...could be Pellaeon, but he’d be the most built Pellaeon ever.

 

Admiral Pellaeon?

 

Rey is a good get!

 

Probably a new character.

Possibly even a Chiss admiral instead of an imperial one.

He'd have made a decent Kanchar, had that character survived his run-in with Vader.

He could be some new Imperial that’s on Ahsoka’s list in her search for Thrawn.

But also, I do genuinely expect Pellaeon to be in this show. His inclusion in Rebels with Thrawn, and Filoni later stressing that the character wasn’t dead makes me think the set up is there for him to fill his classic role as Thrawn’s Watson Post-RotJ. I could see Stevenson working as the role too.

 

Could be he's another Grand Admiral, just not Thrawn. Looks kinda like Zaarin.

But if we were betting cash I'd put it down on "new character".

 

I could see that. Jon voiced a relative of his clone wars character.

 

Into the Ahsokaverse.

 

Fascinating.

Glad to see some top notch directors...Still not a fan of Filoni as a director in all honesty but it's good to know that he won't be directing all of them.

 

Be funny if all of the directors were former animation guys.

 

Funny and fascinating....and yet.......I could TOTALLY see it happening.

 

I expect we’ll probably see at least one Mando/Boba director involved too, but yeah this might be Filoni getting playful with his director selection.

 

We will probably get Bryce Howard in this. Maybe Steph Green.

 

Maybe but I think it's kinda cool...Bring some of that animation spectacle to the Live Action side of things from a visual perspective. As well as give people a chance to go into the Live Action realm.

That's the great thing about these Star Wars TV shows....Get a bit more risky and experimental without having the weight of the franchise on ones shoulders.

 

Though you would think this show is higher stakes than, say, Boba Fett, no? It’s dealing with bigger lore elements and presumably is the piece that most directly sets up the crossover event, so probably a lot of stress involved here.

 

I mean weirder things have happened.

But I do agree I think Ashoka is probably not only important to the Crossover Event...I still put money on the fact that Ashoka will probably have THE MOST direct Tie-In's to the Skywalker Saga story...Since Ashoka is essentially Skywalker Saga adjacent.

Like yeah I could see some recontexualization happening in this show...Of what I have no idea but I could see it happening.

 

I wonder if we get some Mandalorians in this like Bo-Katan, who is friends with Ahsoka. Din Djarin will likley cameo. Anakin Skywalker is already confirmed for this show. Luke Skywalker is likley to appear and have scenes with Ahsoka. This Mandalorian saga will likley be tied in with the stories of the Skywalker saga in some way.

 

Yeah being an animation guy himself it wouldn't be surprising at all if Filoni uses this platform to help other people who are primarily in the animation realm have their crack at live action.
