Arena March Madness - 2012 Live Chat Thread

We've been doing this for the past few years and it's been a lot of fun. We'll have an temporary interruption while things get sorted out with the move, so keep your eyes out for the Temp Boards March Madness thread in a few weeks.


In the mean time, kickoff's about 20 minutes away for the First Four games. Who do you guys have winning tonight? What games and potential match ups do really interest you? Who is going to win it all?

What a collapse for the Gaels last night. Wow.

 

Wisconsin and Marquette both play day games today. Stupid work. Oh well, go Badgers and Golden Eagles.

 

I'll only get to watch the noon EST games today...I'm disappointed about that. Still, we're almost at tip off!

Colorado State's gotten off to a quick start, but it's still really early.

 

Kansas State and Southern Miss are in a tight one...Murray State's definitely pulled away from Colorado State. I'm rooting for Southern Miss, but I think that I picked K-State for the Arena bracket.

Also, how is the UNC-Ashville/Syracuse game so close right now?

 

That Cuse game was agonizing.

 

Holy Hell. I was at work and/or driving during the Syracuse game. Finally saw the replay of the blown call on the inbound pass in the final minute. How do you blow that call. That was robbery, pure and simple.

It probably doesn't make that big of a difference, as UNC-Asheville was still down three and probably could only hoped for OT, and 'Cuse likely wins in OT, but still.


Little surprising to see 'Zaga straight killing WVU right now.

 

I'm on my last break now, watching Wichita - VCU. Shaping up to have0 a great finish.

 

Yeah. Great comeback by Wichita and now a great finish. Too bad there's no Gus Johnson for it.

 

Happy that Marquette and Wisconsin won today. I get to watch both play of Saturday now.

 

Baylor just survives the Jackrabbits of South Dakota State. And my eyes have an even closer call with seeing their uniforms.

I'm really surprised at the UConn score right now. Didn't expect them to be down by double digits.

 

I correctly picked 13 out of the 16 games today. Missed New Mexico State, Southern Miss, and Colorado State. And I had also selected New Mexico State to win in the next round, so that's another miss for me.

I'm still stoked that I picked VCU, Colorado and Iowa State to win, though.

 

I'm the only one who picked Georgetown to win. So if they win I should win the contest by default. 13 of 16 so far not terrible.

 

Umm try again. I picked Georgetown to win as well.

 

Didn't you pick Missouri for the bracket challenge?
