    My sister needed a crash course in Kingpin and Daredevil due to recent MCU developments so I pointed her towards the S1 finale. Fisk Evil Monologue, Daredevil kicks the crap outta him. The end, gets the point across.

    I watched the episode of where Wilson Fisk got his beloved cuff links and he remarked that he wears them to remind him that he's not a bad person, but rather that he's a good person that sometimes has to do bad things for the betterment. Vincent D'Onofrio gives Fisk so much depth and range with the delivery of a few lines, which can be soft and respectful to demonstrative and threatening.

    The general rule of thumb for a Netflix show is to give it three episodes. In this case, that will get you through one of the first major highlights of the series and you'll be in a pretty good position to know if you want to stick with it or not.

    Well the second episode has probably the best action scene in any Marvel project so yes. Hell, you haven’t even gotten to Fisk yet.

    I find the third season of Daredevil the best out of three because it just ties the series up nicely. Additionally, there's the introduction of one of Daredevil's deadly nemesis. That character is given such a good origin episode.

    If find the second season not as good because they story ties into setting up the cross-over Defenders series.

    I hope the Moon Knight Disney+ series could be as good as, if not better, than Daredevil.

    Prophetic words. ;)

    So, I've just watched the first season and thought it was pretty good though it definitely didn't need to be 13 episodes long.
    Since I've obviously not caught up with the thread, does anyone know how much of his own stunts Charlie Cox did? I'm really curious if he's a bit of an athlete himself like Tom Holland is.

    I've found that most of the Defenders shows are about 2-3 episodes too long for their own good. They tend to hit a highpoint or almost-resolution-build fake-out before detouring and treading water with a new subplot somewhere around episodes 8-10 (or, in Defenders itself, episode 4) before finally getting back towards the true finale.

    SHIELD got around that problem by going with the story pods (so you effectively had 6-10 episode long mini-seasons linked within a season instead of inserting side stories that draw out the main plot).

    Sort of…but they could mean Matt was snapped and is starting over again.

    …but we’ll see what they’ll do with 18 episodes (I bet they will be 30-45 minutes)…and speaking of DD, he’s confirmed in
    She-Hulk. In the last shot of the new trailer. New suit appears to be red with yellow gloves!

    So the Disney Plus show is called Daredevil: Born Again. but didn't we get Born Again in Season 3? Well maybe this time they'll actually use Nuke. And not the guy from Jessica Jones.

    Yes! Glad to see Daredevil back for real.

    Now all we need is Jessica Jones and balance is restored.

    (I liked Luke Cage and Iron Fist okay, but I could take or leave them. Would love to see Colleen again though.)

    I hope they don’t use Nuke because once Nuke came into BA the character focus shifted from DD to Cap.

    Better to use Nuke in a Captain America story, imo.

    @Rew I hope we get a Heroes for Hire with Luke, Danny, Colleen & Misty. And please toss the living weapons from the Iron Fist finale…
