Meet Planning Thread

This thread is for any suggestions anyone has for any meetings. we'll try anything once

we want to have some regular meetings, they don't have to be anything grand we can just meet up in a pub etc

we haven't met about half of Plymouth's members yet so lets try to change that!

 

Right, I put forward a TTT meet in Plymouth at the Warner Village cinema. I know this is a problem for some of our members who have gone home from Uni, but hopefully others will still be able to attend.

It might be possible to squeeze this in before Xmas... if that's too much of a rush then maybe inbetween Xmas and New Year?

i, for one, will be writting fan fic for most of the holiday.

that and vissiting relatives.

if you can do something in exeter about mid january, that'd be great.

 

I live just outside of Exeter and can do Meets pretty much anytime

tho as long as it dosent end up in my death, or suffering or anything else i wouldnt enjoy...

Hi Guy's & Gal's,

Westpoint Exhibition Centre, just outside of Exeter, is having a toy fair on Sunday 19th January 2003.

It starts at about 10.00am and finishes at about 4.00pm.

A bunch of us from the Exewing group are setting up a table in the foyer to promote our forthcoming event, we will be in costume and should be there all day.

If you fancy it, pop along and say 'Hi'.

Might be a bit late to organise anything but what about new years eve?

 

The thought had occured to me CGI, but it's so soon with Xmas and whatnot... also we'd need to arrange accomadation- don't think we've got the time
Although if there's enough interest it could happen, but we could just concentrate on a meet that we can all attend... the first ever all-member PFFC meet

 

Is everyone attending the Exewing convention?

 

I don't know, I should bloody well hope so

But that isn't until March, the Westpoint on is next... I've posted a new thread so people can discuss it

 

I'd be up for doing somthing new years eve, if its good

dont know about the toy fair, not really into toys theses days

will probably think about Exe-wing closer the time.

Hi Luke, The websites looking great, well done.
I must get that link sorted out, sorry I haven't done it yet.

As usual I've got quite a bit on my plate, mostly real world stuff at the mo, very boring!

The con's coming along nicely, working on a couple of costumes, props at the moment and a couple of other bits and pieces.

All the guests are still on board, I'm getting quite excited!

How's the university 'thing' going?

Ripper: I'm not sure about a bus to Westpoint but I'm guessing there must be?

Luke is pale and strange looking enough for that Andy but i don't think it would suit me
