    Our March meeting will be this coming Sunday, March 11th at 11am at the Broadway Mall in Hicksville.

    I-CON planning will be discussed and future get-togethers for additional I-CON planning will be organized.

    This is our final official meeting before I-CON. So lets make sure we have everything ready to go.

    -Prize donations for games/gameshows must be given to Billy.

    Event Planning:

    -Group outing to see Avengers on 5/6 at Westbury Stadium Theater;time tbd.

    Previous Events:
    -Panel practices for I-CON have been ongoing
    -John Carter preview at Farmingdale Multiplex;some members went,mixed reaction

    -Scheduling/badging parties to be held for I-CON staff;updates will follow.
