This is highly disappointing, to say the least. With the first time, he was just 19 years old. And who cares about the bong photo, honestly. But this is really dismaying. As a swim coach, what am I supposed to say to young swimmers about the sport's GOAT, who is still in active competition? Who are they supposed to look up too? Ryan Lochte? Ha. Ha. Ha.
