It's official- this year's Midsouthcon will have a great Star Wars presence!

First, we've got John Ostrander coming back to Memphis! He's the author of the best-selling Star Wars comic Legacy, as well as the comics Grimjack, Batman, Firestorm, Justice League, Martian Manhunter, Manhunter, Suicide Squad, Wasteland, X-Men, Bishop, Quicksilver, Heroes for Hire, The Punisher, Star Wars: Republic, Hotspur, Lady Death, Magnus, Robot Fighter, Rai and the Future Force, Doctor Who, and Eternal Warrior. (It would've been easier just to say that he's a comics god and leave it at that!)

Returning to MSC again this year we've got former Memphian and comics writer John Jackson Miller, our good buddy and author of Knights of the Old Republic- currently one of the top-selling Star Wars comics, as well as the comics Star Wars: Empire, Iron Man, Crimson Dynamo, and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

Also returning home to Memphis is John Hudgens- independent director & producer of Star Wars short films, including the award winning Sith Apprentice and The Jedi Hunter!

We've also got Dean Zachary, local artist of the comics Stargods (created here in Memphis), Batman, Johnny Quest, Superboy, Green Lantern, The Ferret, and Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic (his issue SW:KotOR #38 hitting stands in February).
