Caught the count of Monte Cristo on Sat. Not bad.

Still, roll on these 2 weeks.

I need a holiday.

 

not too bad, ta. Nothing much done on Saturday... finally got round to watching Jay and Silent Bob (thanks Beth!) and on Sunday headed to Dawlish for the afternoon... watched the ducks and black swans while eating fish n chips.. played a bit of crazy golf... played a bit of bingo (wtf?!)...

 

morning all. Had a top weekend.

 

Not a bad weekend.
Watched Rocky Horror Picture Show, had a good game on Saturday, followed by my bro visiting on Sunday.
But this all is a thing of the past.

I just commented on that to the assistant... I was wide awake... bright eyed and bushy tailed, as the grandmother would say... when I left the house this morning.. as soon as I entered the office *yawn*

I've taken to leaning on walls.

Even did it while I was in the lift.

 

I'm not tired for once. Had a unplanned heavy night on Friday cause nemco had come to town. Then on Sat had a night out on the tiles cause my ex, dipa is off to Oz this week (yes I now drive them out the country) and had a night bopping away on her leaving do. Then on Sunday, our old Aussie flatmate from London came to Leicester and we all reminisced. But on a bit of a downer now cause I will miss dips when she's away.

 

good morning, quiet weekend for me. Baby sat my god son on saturday, and went down the pub and sat in the garden yesterday. which was nice.

 

well chet better than mine sat a 6 and 1/2 hour shift and for 5 hours of it on a stand up til and yesterday work again on a stand up til. And I have now pulled a muscle in my shoulder someone shot me now!

I blame the absinthe. Which I have just been told I drank on Friday.

 

And here's me thinking you learn quick when you drink that stuff...

 

I didn't know I had it. Someone told me it was a shot of blue curacuoa (sp?). To be fair, I wasn't bad on Friday. I stopped at 11pmish and went to a restaurant.

 

Good morning one and all!

My weekend - was very good! Sister #3 left for University - which means I now have my room back for the first time since we moved into our new house!

Gave into temptation on Friday afternoon and brought the AotC novelisation. Wandered into Ottakars and there it was £4 off, the works... It took me all of 3 seconds to make the decision to buy the damn thing!

BTW, if you have an Ottakars near you - they seem to be doing a far better deal than say Smiths - money off on all the books they had for sale.

No - I haven't read it yet! I have no intention of reading it until I've seen the film! So please don't ask me about spoilers!

Saturday - went shopping and generally relaxed.
Sunday - spent the day springing my journals collection from storage,beeswaxing my magazine boxes and prepping for my flooring to be laid!

All in all a good weekend!

Spent Saturday getting my old car fixed so I can sell it. Then settling down with my brother and a couple of mates with lots of alcohol, a PS2 and a Gamecube for the evening.

Sunday was out playing the usual tournament, followed by watching the Arsenal and more alcohol... the benefits of not being on call this week

Good morning everyone. This is the traditional 5-minute gap in my Monday morning of meetings. I spent my weekend pulling cladding off the bathroom walls, and now my man-boobs hurt.
