I dont know if there is a hobby looby down there, but if there is the simplicity patterns will be 99 cents the week of 12 through the 17th. Since simplicity has the new star wars knock-off patterns it might be a good idea to snag them up.

EDIT:darth_of_nm, I have a similar problem (cept mine is a real birrer gut), I have been thinhking of doing the rancor keeper or preggers padme stunt double.

Let me just reply in the following...

    AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

    cough

    AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

if you were to try that I could see the headlines now.

folks effected by Katrina will be in desperate straights for months on end, and in local news a Star Wars fan club attempted a fund raising stunt of putting one of their members into a "Death Star" costume and rolling him around in it. Unfortunatly the costume got out of control and destroyed several blocks near a Rio Rancho Hastings. An engeering expert near the disaster said "I have never seen such impact damage caused by a costume before!" Said a witness "we were like cool 'sex appeal leia' then we heard a loud rumbleing sound, but it was weird because it was undercut with a 'AHHHH!' noise and lots of cursing." and in other news gas prices continued rising...

If I tried the rancer keeper I would be the cause of mass blindness, and would therefor be a public hazzard.

Don't laugh. My husband wants me to make him a Han in Carbonite costume. That is going to take some work, though.

    Yeah, why is it copper?

maybe putting their own originality in to it? But I agree it should be its original color. You have to excuse me I have been having debates over replicating costumes to look like the original and yet teh person helping me feels taht it should be totally different.
