Heh, that's a guess though Sarka. I based that off of sites that I know of and from Big-boards.com sites. Yeah we come in roughly about 3rd or so in overall daily posting totals. We average about 2200 nowadays which is pretty decent considering SW is on the downward spiral of pop culture what with no new movies on the horizon. Hopefully the new TV show will generate interest and keep SW interest up.


But yeah, Sarka's right, I live in Iowa. It's okay, not great, doesn't suck to much, only drawback is that I rarely meet any SW fans on any sites that are from Iowa. The reason I used to visit your guys' site is because you all posted pics of your group meetings and it looks like you guys just have a blast hanging out together.

 

Iowa's not that small of a state. Surely there's more people that likes Star Wars that lives in that state. Anyway, yeah, we have a pretty good group of people who like to hang out together. We actually just made it part of our "reason for being" to include other "fan-type" franchises. So... it was a little too late to plan for something for Harry Potter (for instance), but rather than stay Star Wars all the time (for the reasons you said), we're going to try and suppliment with some other things.

Now if Sarka ever comes back... (tries to hold in a spontanious dancing spell, but somewhat fails).

Hey... we already have a girl from Indiana who came to visit... and hasn't gone back yet.

Sarc--how far is Idaho from you? i know the people pretty well from that fanforce group.

 

Well actually we are pretty small. Maybe not in actual physical size, but in terms of overall population, yeah we're pretty small. I've only met one person from Iowa City online, and possibly like 12-15 overall from the state.

 

Doesn't Avi live like one state over from you? couldn't you meet up with him somehow?
