    Since the question is the most 90s movie of the 90s and not necessarily the best 90s movie of the 90s or even a good movie of the 90s...

    Anyone who can sit through this can tell it is quintessential 90s. Parents being barely around, kids having to save their parents. 90s band music blasting, extreme stunts in the beginning for some reason, poor CGI, corny jokes and much more. It could only be The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Movie.

    because of the amount of times I was kicked in the shins during the 90's by rugrats who thought they were power rangers, you will not be getting a like for this from me

    The CG in that movie is the most 90s thing ever.

    Mortal Kombat is a close second for bad 90s CG.


    Edit: Also Mighty Morphine Power Rangers sounds like a snooze.

    I kinda think its Forrest Gump . The 90s had a lot of nostalgia about the 60s and also there was a lot of remakes and re-boots going on then. Gump captures a whole load of baby-boomer feelings.
