Discussions Mustafar Sith Holocron - Jedi Secret Weapon?

In the game "Star Wars Galaxies" you could find a Sith Holocron on Mustafar.

We know only a fragment of the data:

Who is talking? What he/she is talking about? What secret weapon?

And were I to wager, I'd say it's foreshadowing for something to come later. Say next edition of the game.
