Sad to see you go. Looks like we're losing people fast. At least we still have a large amount of good mods GreenCrossCode, PadmeBra, PreacherBoy (even though most people would disagree with me ), LordBane, and others I've forgotten.

You were a great mod, and you are a great member of this community. The JC is a lot poorer without you as a mod. I completely understand why you left, though. I left under similar circumstances, and I know that we are not the only mods that have resigned over this. It's sad that the politics and the DP crap have not died down, but instead have escalated to new heights. Here's hoping things will get better by the time AOTC comes out.

Sorry to see you go, Sil. I understand -- and guys, it doesn't require any animus toward the administration to just say, "I'm tired of worrying about security." People come here to relax and have fun. I hope that Sil will be able to have more now that she's using the forums like a regular user again.

I am so glad that I didn't know anything about the Communications forum and all the DP controversy back when all this stuff was taking place. I don't even think I saw the Communications forum until probably this April.

This thread (and some of the others that I've discovered) answered some of my questions that I had about what happened to certain people. I hope that events like these are in the past, and that similar events won't happen in the future.
