    Sorry they're not full size. It won't let me post the right size. :(

    Hey, cool AT-AT!

    I like what you did with those collages of pictures, very nice. The Clones attack city is indeed a bit small to see, but the style seems to match that of Clone Wars quite good! I think that Jango's pose is well caught :)

    Hm.....I hope for you that you've also left a comment in my thread, my former master! [face_frustrated] :p

    I love your drawings, King! I think my fav is Jango. Would like to see more of your work. =D=

    Hey King! Sorry it took me so long to get a reply up in here! :oops:

    The wallpapers/collages are uniquely designed, and I like that you've "themed" each of them. They show up on my screen pretty small, tho--it'd be great to see them in a bit larger format, so each image in the piece could also be viewed. A nice idea for wallpapers, though!

    Your drawings are actually very good--you definitely have a gift for the details, and it's evident in each of these. R2 looks great--virtually every little access door and utility arm is there (and all those details are another reason I don't do mechanical stuff, lol!)! The only suggestion I would make here is to pay attention to perspective from the top to the bottom of a piece: R2's dome suggests we're above and looking down on him, while the main body is more of a straight-on perspective. If you hold up a soda can at different angles and look at the edges, top and bottom, you'll notice that they all curve in the same direction. The same would be true for our little cylindrical friend here. It's still a wonderful drawing of R2D2!

    On Amidala, again, very nice detailing--I like that you've also made a point of including that "Kabuki" makeup she wore (which always wierded me out a little...). I'm going to give you a couple of links, tho, to reference for drawing figures. Most artists find that it's much easier to rough out the figure, then put on the costuming--that way the body positioning and proportions can be refined and the final clothed figure looks natural. Make a copy of [link=http://www.fineart.sk/show.php?w=910]this page[/link] and [link=http://www.fineart.sk/show.php?w=896]this page[/link]--for faces, copy [link=http://www.fineart.sk/show.php?w=22]this page[/link]. I keep references like this handy whenever I'm drawing, and they can be an invaluable aide! If you work with them a little, just practicing, I think you'll see their benefit in drawing figures/faces!

    With Jango--nice coloring! And I agree with DarthUncle that the pose is all Jango! Once again, great attention to the detailing on the costume--and again, those links I gave above would be a help with body proportions.

    Very nice pieces here, and I hope to see more of your drawings. Have a go at using those references I suggested, and I think you'll see the difference right away!

    FloppyMaN: Thank you. I'm working on getting them a little bigger.
    DarthUncle: Thanks! Again, I'm trying to get them bigger!
    Chilla : Thank you! I'll do some more for you.
    FalconFan: Wow. Sounds like you know alot about drawing! I like your "constructive criticism", it helps me. Thanks, also, for the links, I'll definetly try some more now! :)

    Nice backgrounds you've got there, KAA.

    For a great free image host check out www.imageknockout.com. Register for free and keep your portfolio there. They've got unlimited file size uploads and an account limit of 1000MB, but the best thing about it is if one happens to fill up, make a 2nd account! :D

    Thanks, Giolon05, I'll check that out! :)

    Sorry, I can't get the wallpapers bigger. I'd try a little more if my computer didn't die and lost everything... I'll try and re-make them...

    When I said "drew" using "Paint" I meant the Windows* program.
    Here's a couple more WPs I made from small pics that are actually big enough to see:
    The "Green Ones" from St. Pat's Day... [image=http://i51.photobucket.com/albums/f389/KingoftheAT-ATs/GreenOnes.jpg]

    Clones...
    [image=http://i51.photobucket.com/albums/f389/KingoftheAT-ATs/ClonetroopersWP.jpg]

    Starships...
    [image=http://i51.photobucket.com/albums/f389/KingoftheAT-ATs/StarFighters.jpg]

    ...and one I made from a smaller pic like this. I just added about twice as much to it as there already was...
    [image=http://i51.photobucket.com/albums/f389/KingoftheAT-ATs/CloneWars.jpg]

    Sorry, I still haven't been able to make those other ones bigger... I'll keep working on it, but in the mean time, you can enjoy those up there ^.
