I wonder if the Kindle version of the original Myths & Fables will be updated to include this new content (in the vein of Black Spire with Dawson's new short story).

 

General question to any US folks here, would it be possible to get the Galaxy's Edge exclusive edition of Myths & Fables, once released, and ship it to Germany? I'd not like to have to rely on ebay scalpers and nice fellow TFN fans helped me out before with other stuff.

Likewise, one might even put several in one package to save shipping if some european fans unite and distribute it over here then among themselves. But for now, and for me, one would suffice to get the bonus tales.

The book covers in the article have little stickers on them that say "transported from Galaxy's Edge", so it looks to be the same!

 

I'm in the camp that's a little frustrated they've decided to release new versions of books, with added content, that were just recently released (they're doing the same for Mann's Dark Fables book). It appears to be a tie-in to Galaxy's Edge and I assume from the press release the additional content is GE-centric, but still this smells of an overt cash grab scenario (and my OCD collecting affliction means they will, in fact, grab my cash)

 

Yea this is confusing big time. The question is the target edition the same as the one that is coming out in the park this year with the six exclusive stories? I know I asked this on the other thread but I'm stumped

 

authors have been asked, reply pending. patience but it is highly likely its the same stories

So the GE exclusive edition is getting three stories that unique to the book along with the three released at target. When does this come out?

 

I don't know if it is available at the parks yet. Outside the parks it was made available very briefly through the "Star Wars Trading Post" at shopdisney.com, but is no longer available there (it's not just out of stock, it was literally removed from the site). My guess is it will return to shopdisney.com in the near future, so that's where I'm keeping my eyes open for it.

 

The Myths and Fables book is back up at shopDisney.com. @vong333 , @Daneira , and anyone else, if you're still interested I'd suggest moving quickly as I have no idea how long it will remain available...

EDIT: This is the Parks edition, forgot to mention that originally.

 

I have that, and it's a great book!

Of course, I pre-ordered mine off Amazon.
