Speculation Name of the ST War?

Well serves me right for not reading the canon books. I assume that's where a lot of is comes from. Still reading Bloodline.
Anyway...

How about the "Here We Go Again War"?

 

The "Same As Always War."

The "That Bad, Huh? War."

 

Led by Hondo Ohnaka and Ezra Bridger, of course, and it will be glorious

Isn't The Clone War more of a civil war than the Rebellion? The Republic was divided in two with the Separatists attempting secession.

In the OT era the Empire has complete control of most of the galaxy and the Rebels are positioned as a small group considered relatively insignificant until they blow up the Death Star. I mean, it still qualifies as a civil war because there are two factions within a singular governmental entity fighting internally rather than against an external power. I've always thought of the conflict in this era as the Rebellion. It's a small band of people fighting against an overwhelmingly powerful military force.

 

Let's just call it the war you are about to hear.

If that latest Poe comic is foreshadowing what I think it is then you could call it The Wars to End All Wars.
