I'm so glad I finally got a chance to catch up with your story. The new chapters really blew me away. Its so wonderful that Padme and Anakin finally admitted their true feelings.

 

I'm...speechless. Wow...
And I'm still on the edge of my seat, though barely hanging on!

 

Oh, oh. They've finally acknowledged their feelings for each other and are about to take it to a higher level (well done on the descriptions there - very hot!) but Anakin is still hiding from her. I have to wonder what the truth really is. Is he a Jedi or not? Did he try and help the Jedi or Palpatine? What is going on and will Padme find out before it is too late?

Great job. Loved it.

I found this story on the exerpt thread for the 2008 awards and it got my curiosity peaked. Needles to say you have me hooked. I love how you hae taken Anakin and Padme and thrown them into a different reality with similar situations, and yet you manage to stay true to both of their characters. I am still very curious to know exactly what Anakin has done and/or what he is running from. The last chapter, especially the last part, I have to agree with anakin_luver:

I think that the craziness, passion, anger, and love are all part of Anakin and Padme's relationship and you show that really well. I can't wait to find out what happens next!

OMA!!!!!! (Oh, my Anakin!)My first reaction was Laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! That last chapter was beautiful!

I think I was just as shocked as Padme was when he turned, crossed the room and basically devoured her. And then I was a puddle of goo.... So much pent-up emotion bursted into flames in one single moment. I just love it! Anakin, I always knew you had it in you, you little devil.

And then when he told her his heart was no longer his own, my heart sang! Finally, after almost a year, they are together! And just like Padme, I don't want it to end. Can time just stand still forever in this one moment? Purty please?

Damn straight! Had to add that one to my siggy.

Would you believe that my computer actually started to overheat while I was writing it? Great chapter. Yes, of course I am waving chocolatey, gooey, delicious brownies in your direction. I want Anakin to stand up to Palpatine with Padme (aka his Soul) by his side, and wipe the floor with the evil dude. Although I am not eager for this story to end. It has just been so lovely, every page.

Well, that explains a lot. So now what do they do? I'm sure you will enlighten us in time. I still love that they shared the dreams. If the Force was leading him to her, then maybe he needs her with him to defeat the Emperor. But will he ever truly be free of the Dark Side? I'm wondering how this story could possibly have a happy ending... As always, this was masterful. Thank you for your wonderful story.

 

I had a feeling that's what his secret was....

I have faith that Anakin will be able to defeat the Emperor- now that he has something to fight for.
