    Happy belated birthday @harpua!
    Happy birthday @Jedi Knight Fett!

    Good afternoon, my besties. I added 20+ shows to my Netflix DVD Queue. All gritty crime dramas and gritty period pieces. These are really just going to help me get through the bleak winter months. I'm excited for that and for my 4 day weekend this coming week and getting the full first week of November off as well. It's the little victories.

    If you want gritty historical drama I can definitely recommend Thieves of the Wood, I've just spent the weekend watching through the whole series. It's 10 episodes about a Belgian outlaw in the middle of the 18th century.

    Good morning my besties. I forgot to mention that on my walk yesterday, I tripped and fell and sprained my left wrist. It's feeling better than it was last night and this morning, but I still can't really put much pressure on it. I just finished season 4 of Better Call Saul. Almost all caught up!

    Besties... I found out I passed the Jeopardy! 'in person' 50-question test I was given last week via Zoom!

    The next step is to be interviewed and do a 'live game' thing also via Zoom. They said it might be a while before I hear back about scheduling that... but I'm through! I just need to not totally mess up my interview and seem like a total weirdo, and I'll be in the contestant pool!
