I binged a tv show called Elite.
It makes me desire to learn Spanish.

The show itself is good, especially the first season, then later it's still enjoyable even though it has a clear Jessica Fletcher problem.

 

The main character is secretly a serial killer causing all the town's problems that she pretends to solve?

Yeah, I meant something like that.
It's another show in which many crazy events just keep casually happening to the main characters out of ordinary situations.

 

I'm kind of at a standstill with Doctar Whose... not digging Capaldi.

I like him when he’s swearing loudly at his subordinates, which I can’t imagine happens too often in a children’s show.

 

I see the entire run of the "revival" as extremely erratic writing and actors trying to do their best with it.

i really liked the eccleston ones. i made it about 6 or 7 episodes into the tennant run and stalled. i'll probably pick it up again someday.

 

Eccleston is good too, and short. Frankly you could watch his season and then all of Tennant in not too long a time.

 

Not a problem with Who in particular, but I had left the 2nd season with Capaldi linger on my DVR for the longest time, and never got around to it (that’s happened with other shows*, too), hence I haven’t watched since his first season. Enjoyed it when I did watch, though, from Eccelston-Capaldi. Tennant or Capaldi are likely my favorites.

I binged After Life the other day. Very, very good.

 

According to local news it's apparently easiest to get your American vaccination proper EU certification in Germany. Just go into any pharmacy and they take care of it.

Then again it might also be easy in Austria, I think it's mostly Czech bureaucracy striking again.

 

No sooner do I post this then apparently they suspended the practice owing to security issues. COINCIDENCE?

If you want to rent a car @TiniTinyTony find one now and reserve it. They are in low supply as many rental companies sold off parts of their fleets due to a pandemic. You can always reserve one and cancel if you change your mind. I drove a rented Toyota Camry around South Dakota, my 7 year old didn't even require a booster. No laws in South Dakota.
