Besties, when am I going to have the courage to actually go to the DMV again? I could go after work to one that's open on my way home but... I don't want to wait. I really can't sit in those chairs because it hurts my back.

But then I suppose there's always a part of a story that is a mystery.

 

I guess that the woman from the pet ambulance misread the code, and the Belgian codes resemble the American ones?

 

Or maybe she just said "oh Belgium" as a terrible swear when she saw it was American.
