I've been a TMNT fan since I was a little boy. This looks pretty good and seems to be more serious like the comic and less like the cartoon.

Ninja Turtles belongs in the arena of old-school animation. I just don't like them live action or CG.

Any movie that uses a "your mom" joke in the trailer gets my seal of approval.

Whaaaaaat I can't watch it because "copyright restrictions prevent this video from being shown outside the US. Give me a break, I live like a half hour away from the border.:p

Wow, someone moved our house to the US and I didn't even notice!
Well, I didn't look out a window yet today :p

Looks great. Even my mom liked it. Wanna see!

the "Destroy them" guy sounded a little like JL's Lex Luthor

It has talking turtles in it that know martial arts. You can't much further far-fetched than that bud.:)

That was actualy realy funny[face_laugh] Ready for a buttkicking little fella? LOL. Think the TMNT is a cool concept and that animation is the only way for these four green dudes. The first movie was good but the rest sucked.

    Gonna see it anyway.

I usually don't like that CG style animation, but the movie itself looks pretty good. Should be fun.

I'll be there opening day. I've loved TMNT since I was a kid, and it's been too long since they've had a good movie.

Actually, I bet my daughter would love to see this with me. another show we bonded over when she was a kid. Had to go looking at getting turtles then too. Luckily (or is it sad for the little guys) they were hard to come by when she went thorugh that phase.

Same here. Me and my crew will be there opening day, unless there is a midnight showing. If there is one, we'll be there.:D

looks like it'll be a fun movie. although I would've rather this go the live-action route

They'll be able to do more in this format though, unless they wanted to spend an insane amount of money to make it look good in a live-action format.

I went back and re-watched the first two live action Turtles movies a few months back... First one was surprisingly good, but the second one not so much IMO (In spite of glorious Vanilla Ice cameo!). In part II it did seem that they made some advances in the costumes. I would've liked to see a live action one too, but I think rumsmuggler is right that they'll be freed up a bit animated.

I'm just glad they didn't go the combined route, with CG Turtles and live action sets and human characters.

I wasn't very impressed but it looks like it might be good to enough to waste 90 minutes when there isn't anything better to do.

I have the first two films also. The first films rules. I made my dad take me to the theater to see it when it came out, and either my dad or mom took me to see the second one when it came out. I loved the second film when I was younger, but now I don't like it like I used to. The film was cool until "the Super Shredder". That pretty much spoils the movie for me now. I don't mind the Vanilla Ice cameo, because I was a fun of his back in teh day. I used to hate Ninja Turtles III, but I find myself liking it a little more everytime I see it.

It's kinda sad now, but I used to own the Ninja Turtle concert album.
