I used to be newbie two years ago. Being on this board has opened me to new experiences .

Agreed with @Adella7's post. TFN has greatly improved my SW knowledge.

 

The me who joined here knew the movies and some of the Thrawn trilogy. Things have changed.

 

Yeah, before I joined I hadn't read NJO, I'm reading it now and happy I am!!

 

I forget that you're so new til I look at your date registered.

How far are you into NJO?

 

Up to Dark Journey, which I believe is the 14 book? Have you read NJO?

I've read most the new canon (Aftermath, Thrawn, Phasma), including some Darth Vader comics. Most my knowledge of Legends comes from Wookieepedia, lore videos on YouTube, twitch plays of KotOR/TOR.

My new avatar is about being a new person on a strange new island (JCF?). I pulled it off an Ebay listing.

 

Is being a newbie counted by date since registration or hours spent on JCF?

 

I think people look at registration year. Post count is misleading. People can participate by reading posts and liking them without posting. Some people use the same screen name in other forums.

 

Have I read past NJO? Yeah, I've read the several series after it, but not much before it. I should though!

 

Well, it was 2:47 AM for me when I posted that, but I was still up two hours later anyway.
