    The Cincinnati Bengals select...

    96. Brandon Ghee, CB, Wake Forest

What he brings: Ghee has adequate size and top-end speed , which provides him with a wide range for the position. At the same time, he needs to learn to stay lower in his backpedal and transition out of his breaks. He has tremendous upside.

    The Tennessee Titans select...

    97. Rennie Curran, LB, Georgia

What he brings: While Curran is a bit undersized and lacks top-end speed, he makes up for it with outstanding instincts and high motor. He also takes very sound angles to the ball in pursuit and should become a solid weakside linebacker.

    The Atlanta Falcons select...

    98. Mike Johnson, OG, Alabama

What he brings: Johnson is a very intelligent, instinctive and nimble athlete for the position. He does a good job taking proper initial angles and has great lateral movement to reach or cut off defenders down the line of scrimmage. He could develop a more aggressive and tougher mentality and needs to be more of a finisher at this point.

I'm thrilled that the Panthers managed to get Clausen with the 48th pick. That looks to be excellent value for the pick and I think the Panthers could really use a QB.

Of course, I'm not exactly a big Panthers fan, though I do pull for them somewhat since they are the relatively local team.

I don't like it when my team starts making "who" picks in the second round.

That said, the end from V-Tech sounds like a good pick, and the WR looks like a good fit as well. I was hoping for some secondary help, but maybe today ...

Yeah, that would be much appreciated. Playing without Troy shifted things around, but that's no excuse for how poor the secondary played at times.

I'm happy that our picks look happy to be in Cleveland. The past few years their comments have been: "meh, cool..."

Odd to wait for the 4th round to see a Buckeye finally go. Glad to see Gibson go to Pittsburgh. I love his motor and his drive, as well as his smarts on the field.

    NFL Draft 2010 Fourth Round

    99. St. Louis Rams

    Mardy Gilyard, WR, Cincinnati

What he brings: Gilyard lacks elite measurabels and top-end speed. Those factors combined with some character concerns caused this slide. However, he's a very passionate player who shows great quickness out of his breaks and is very dangerous after the catch. He brings added value on special teams as a returner.

How he fits: The Rams were 29th in total offense last year and were lacking in big plays at the receiver spot. Keenan Burton and Donnie Avery are good complementary players, but the Rams needed more players with the ability to make plays after the catch and that's what Gilyard brings.

    [hr]

    100. Minnesota Vikings (from Detroit)

    Everson Griffen, DE, USC

What he brings: Griffen was considered an underachiever during his career at USC, so it's no shock that this first-round talent fell to the third day. He has great size, power and explosion when rushing off the edge and has the chance to be a dynamic pass-rusher if he puts it all together. That said, his inconsistent motor may prevent him from ever reaching his full potential.

How he fits: Minnesota had a good stable of defensive ends already and looks like the Vikings just went after the best available player here. Griffen will join Mike Montgomery and Bryan Robinson in spelling the stars Jared Allen and Ray Edwards.

    [hr]

    101. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

    Mike Williams, WR, Syracuse

What he brings: Williams may be the third most talented receiver in this year's class. Unfortunately, a laundry list of off-the-field concerns caused him to fall to Day 3. Make no mistake, Williams has great size, ability to run the complete route tree and above-average ball skills and he could become a big-time playmaker at the next level. If the Bucs get him to fly straight, he could be one of the steals of this draft.

How he fits: Williams will have a chance to pair with Arrelious Benn as big, talented targets for the future. The Bucs hope that his route running and overall ability overcome his off-the-field concerns. He will have a chance to play early though and this is a clear risk versus reward pick.

    [hr]

    102. Houston Texans (from Kansas City)

    Darryl Sharpton, ILB, Miami (FL)

What he brings: There's a lot to like about Sharpton's toughness and motor. He has to work on his ability to read keys, diagnose plays and locate the ball. He has the potential to become an effective reserve and special teams player.

What he brings: Pro Bowler DeMeco Ryans is one of the most consistently productive defenders in the league, but his backup Kevin Bentley is better suited for special teams. Sharpton will provide good depth at the inside linebacker position and he has much more upside than Bentley.

    [hr]

    103. Washington Redskins

    Perry Riley, OLB, LSU

What he brings: Riley is your prototypical linebacker with good overall size, instincts and a nose for the ball. He can clean up his angles and run fits on occasion. He shows above average point-of-attack skills, the ability to shed blocks and is a sound overall tackler.

How he fits: Riley will have the opportunity to move inside in the Redskins' 3-4 defense. London Fletcher is still one of the most dynamic, undersized linebackers in the league, but he won't last forever. Rocky McIntosh could be hard to resign as well. This was a pick for future depth.

    [hr]

    104. Tennessee Titans (from Seattle)

    Alterraun Verner, CB, UCLA

What he brings: Verner possesses above-average fluidity and the ability to turn, locate and play the football. While he has great upside and playmaking ability, Verner is lacking top-end speed and doesn't have the extra gear to recover when caught out of position.

How he fits: This was the 31st-ranked defense versus the pass last year. While the cornerback group was a competitive unit in the mold of Cortland Finnegan, instincts and ball skills are what Verner will try to provide. He and newly-signed Tye Hill will have a chance to contribute.

    [hr]

    105. Philadelphia Eagles (from Cleveland)

    Trevard Lindley, CB, Kentucky

Lots of trades. Leon Washington and LenDale White are now Seahawks, and Jason Campbell was dealt to the Raiders for a 2012 pick. He's also got a year extention on his contract.

ETA: Now that the Draft is winding down, what are everybody's thoughts about it? What does one think of the new Draft format? yay or nay?
