Well, the next battle of I-10 is coming up...

 

It's going on right now... I'm not there, not feeling well. Our women lost by like 20 points, I hear. Our Battle of I-25 is this weekend as well... rivalry week. Fun!

 

I don't particularly care who wins, as long as it's a good game...

 

Are any of you fine ORFFers coming up to Albuquerque for the Basketball game on the 13th? The Lobo Fans of Mos Alba are insufferable.

That game ruled! Most of us were there... it was nice a competitive, but the Aggies had the lead for the majority of the game. That's what I like to see!!

 

So the men's basketball team is doing really well. The women's not so much.

 

"Aggies play in the ESPN bracket busters and bust Pacific's 7 game win
streak, beating the favored #1 team in the big west conference on the
road and in overtime 79-69. Aggies showed maturity as they shook off a
hail mary 3 point bucket by Pacific at the buzzer to put the game into
overtime. Ingram was scoreless until 2 clutch free throws with 36
seconds in regulation, and again with 18 seconds. Solid defense sealed
the victory in overtime with 8 straight stops, most of them steals.
Aggies wins now equal their losses for the first time since their second
game back on November 21st vs Western New Mexico, they are 5-2 in their
last 7 games (both losses to Nevada), and they are only 2 games out of
1st place in the WAC. Not bad for a team picked to be last in the WAC
in pre-season polls."

that game turned out to be awesome! I hardly ever give a basketball game my entire attention, but it was just too exciting! It was great seeing you there and talking to you Wook! I hope you had a good time visiting NMSU.
