No More Stars

Good idea FiendishJedi. I changed my sig too.

 

Now how are we supposed to get our inflated sense of self esteem and contempt for our fellow man?


Also, I'd don't like the user names being against a blue backround. I think they should blend in like they used to.

 

Having the stars was symbolic with star wars ...

the stars was one of the things that brought out the difference from other forums. They were fun, and by looking at the stars, you could tell who is a newbie, or a very long time writter in the threads instantly.

stars matter
bring them back or better yet, bring another source of cool characteristic to make the posting threads fun, with attitude, and with style...

Interesting, this has come back to the top. i would have thought that some people would learn that stars are now a thing of the past.

Okay, I know I'm jumping in, but I liked the stars the board was more interesting considering theres no bold, italic features. It was something to look at. *sigh* Oh well, at least the post counts are there but that seems more 'I have more post than you' than the stars.

 

No-one cares less now, I'm sorry.

A shame, I rather liked them.

 

Cleo, Peter Mayhew now has 54 posties. When he comes online again to visit, would you please turn on the stars for one whole day, so he can see himself with a star? That would be so cool.

 

I don't think Peter cares about seeing a star next to his name and bringing them back will only stir up the controversy again.

There is still not ONE good reason why the stars were out!!

Adm. said that they would see the reactions of the people when they took out the stars.

Because more people have said they don't want them then do. In fact the majority of the JC seems to be in favor of no stars.

 

Well Peter Mayhew will get over it just like everyone else. The pro-star complainers have dwindled to a few. If they re-instate them and take them away again we'll go right back to where we were. So if you guys do re-instate them then just keep them.

Peter mayhew, isn't a good reason to put them up. Either they're up to stay, or gone forever. I'm with padme on that

 

Sorry, Lord_Marcond but read the last ten pages. The overwhelming majority was against the stars. They're just not bothering to talk about it anymore. I don't care either way. I just think that a decision should be made one way or the other and stuck to.
