Nubian Transports...

I hope this is the appropriate forum for this, but anyhow.

I've been trying to get a bead on the Nubian transports (namely the ones in the movies), and lots of references say that the transport in Phantom Menace and the yacht in Attack of the Clones were designed by Theed Palace Engineers. But the unofficial encyclopedia says that there was an actual company called Nubian Industrial something and that they designed the ships. Which is accepted as cannon?

 

The ships were built following Nubian designs by Theed Palace Engineers, with some special Naboo modifications. They are classified as Nubian-designed ships, but Theed did the actual "dirty work". This is similar to Fondor being contracted to build the Kuati-designed Executor flagship.
