San Diego, CA Officer nominations

Officer nominations were held at the august meeting.

If you feel that you have something to offer toward the running of the club please step forward and volunteer for a position.

If you can think of someone who you think would be a good officer please nominate them for a position.

Nominations will be open till the time of voting at the september meeting.

Because of my busy schedule (2.5 jobs as of now), I'm not able to make all of the meetings or events now, as I used to before. So I will have to regretfully decline both nominations. Thanks for considering me. Any graphic arts/design/marketing projects, I can do, as long as schedule/time permits.

 

I'm afraid I must decline the nomination, I'm going to be volunteering for some Rebel Legion positions and it will take most of my free time.

But I'm glad to see that the "if you aren't at the meeting you get nominated" rule still applies.

 

My name has two y's but I assume I was nominated.

I laughingly decline because I just got rid of that box and looking for my name on Coke bottles is taking up a lot of my free time.

I nominate Ainlee Teem of Malastare for treasurer even though know who that is I do not.

It's unfortunate that interest is so limited. Perhaps we should hold a reaping instead of elections?

 

Part of the problem is that hardly anyone visits the message boards anymore. It's not just us, I've seen it in the other groups as well. Frustrating.

i agree... what about simply eliminating the role of VP, and making the secretary also vp.

If that is the case, since I already have the box, I'll nominate myself for Treasurer if that's allowed. And I'll decline the VP nom, so it's clear
